BNZSA celebrates International Women's Day 2021
We mark International Women's Day 2021 with some reflections on where we are as a company in our inclusion journey.
BNZSA is committed to creating a workplace that is a safe and inclusive environment for all of our employees regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, physical and neurodiversity, or any other personal characteristics.
Our team is comprised of 30 nationalities, and this cultural and intellectual diversity is a key to our success. Our senior leadership team is 40 percent women, and we're delighted to have a high potential pipeline of 65 percent women in mid-level management. There is no gender pay gap or ‘glass ceiling’ at BNZSA.
Our three departments are headed by women:
- Cristina Biet is our Chief Planning and Production Officer
- Gina Goanta is our Chief Data Officer
- Soniya Ganvir is our Chief Marketing Officer
At every level of our organisation we have amazing women making a difference. The software development team is currently all women, defying stereotypes in a male dominated sector. As well as project managers, team leaders and coaches, we have women killing it as business development representatives and in data research.
We couldn't let the day go by without celebrating all of the women who make us a success today and every day. Thank you to all of you!
