Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Verify that everything implemented in the CRM is in accordance with the requirements that come from production
  • Verify that raw/ delivery scripts have been properly implemented
  •  Verify that all fields are properly populated, and rockers have access only to the fields they are supposed to have access
  •  Continuously improve QC processes
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required


Basic Requirements
  •  Fluent English
  • Excellent knowledge of BNZSA CRM
  • Attention to Detail & Analytical mindset
  • Strong organizational, multitasking & prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated with a self-starter spirit
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change
  • Historical proven successful results & high quality as a Rocker and impeccable track record of respecting the BNZSA code of conduct & rules

Professional experience and skills

  • Problem Solving personality
  • Any previous experience in a Quality role would be a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work constructively with different Stakeholders within Data and Production team
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Dynamic and very persisten
