BNZSA grows headcount by 250% in 2021 and opens new Madrid campus

Fuelled by growth in its US and APAC markets, B2B marketing agency BNZSA has finished 2021 with a bang by growing its headcount 250% since the beginning of the year.

It has also opened a new 5500m2 campus facility in Las Rozas, one of Madrid’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, to accommodate its rapidly expanding sales, BDR, data and management personnel.

In Q3, 2021, BNZSA added 67 new members to its multinational team, including its first native Japanese speaker. The company now totals 350 and is comprised of 45 nationalities speaking 22 native languages.

With the growth in US and increasing demand for the APAC region, the number of native speaking personnel looks set to continue to ramp up in Q1 2022.

The Campus will also house a dedicated training facility to fast-track new employees to get up to speed with BNZSA’s fastidious quality control and operational procedures. It also contains a 300m2 social hub and roof-top terrace for entertaining clients and conducting internal events.
